Two Charged With Drunken-Driving in Holliston Police Log

The following information was provided by the Holliston Police Department. All arrests are reported. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, May 28

4:34 p.m.: A caller from Holly Lane reported that on Tuesday and Thursday afternoon the handicap shuttle speeds through the area.

6:09 a.m.: Callers from Robert Road Dorset Road and Bayberry Road reported not having water. The water department was notified

3:28 p.m.: A caller reported speeding vehicles on Norfolk Street in the area of Patoma Park.

4:01 p.m.: A caller reported that a person took a turtle from the park at Adams Middle School in to their vehicle and left the area.

Thursday, May 30

7:51 a.m.: A caller from Washington Street reported a stray dog with three legs in the area.

7:38 p.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Washington Street and arrested Jose R. Molina, 37, of 17 Trorey St., Apt. 1, Framingham. Molina was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Friday, May 31

1:10 a.m.: An officer spoke with two people at Holliston High School who were acting suspicious and using marijuana. The two males were advised to stay off school property for the summer.

9:17 p.m.: An officer checked on a group of youths at Holliston High School. The operator removed the youths. Four motorcycles were found as well, two of the motorcycles belonged to drivers who did not only had learners permits and were not allowed to be driven after dark.

Saturday, June 1

5:08 a.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Washington Street and arrested Troy J. Nelson, 19, of 14 Hillside Rd., Plainville on charges of speeding and drunken-driving.

9:43 p.m.: A 911 caller reported a vehicle swerving on Washington Street. Officers arrested Jossy Alves Dasilva, 31, of 78 Elm St., Milford on charges of drunken-driving, marked lanes violation and operating with a suspended license.

10:34 p.m.: A caller from Windsor Drive reported a loud party. Officers responded and the music was shut off for the night.

Sunday, June 2

9:04 a.m.: An officer logged a car vs. bicycle crash. No injuries were reported although the wheel on the bike suffered minor damage.

9:20 p.m.: An Holliston police officer spoke with a homeowner on Stagecoach Way after fireworks were reported in the area.

Monday, June 3

1:18 p.m.: A caller from Beverly Circle reported that a neighbor was honking a car horn every time she drove by.

5:35 p.m.: A caller from the Bertucci’s Plaza reported a person drinking alcohol in their vehicle. An officer stopped the vehicle in question and spoke to the operator who was not intoxicated or drinking alcohol.

8:52 p.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle and arrested Admir L. Resende, 23, of 589 North Montello St., Brockton on charges of operating with a suspended license.
