Every day, police solve crimes in all our communities. But when suspects get away, Massachusetts law enforcement officers turn to the public for help. And that’s where the Mass Most Wanted network comes in.

Here are four of the state’s Most Wanted criminals within the network:

Boston

Name: “Jeff”

Crimes: A 15-year-old girl was approached at the Downtown Crossing MBTA station by the suspect, “Jeff.” While waiting for the train, Jeff allegedly asked the victim if he could give her $10 and “lick her.” When the girl said no, he grabbed her by the arm and dragged her to a set of stairs and started to pull at her clothing. The girl pushed him away, but Jeff allegedly forcibly kissed the victim. The suspect threw a $5 bill at the victim and boarded a train to Ashmont. Police captured Jeff on surveillance video exiting the train at the Field’s corner station.

let me ask a question about his to you guys -i was born in concord mass but live in lake worth now if Washington is a territory then by classification alone none of the gov or it's agencies have any jurisdiction outside of it's boundaries-so if thats the case which it is that means all the evidence used in federal cases is illegal-so that means wrongful imprisonment i mean i get it they kept the classification so they could make their own laws like the insider trading one but really the transactions occur under ny state law just a question but they would have to release every one ever convicted using federal evidence thats why in the st valentines day mass they could not investigate state murders-well if it's still aterritory surly that law remains in affect mmmm-whitey bulger might be on his way home the house of melas's exiled ravens(melas is salem backwards) or SMOKS H.O.M.E.R

so if that's the case remember it is not recognized by the 50 states-then really the fbi-atf ect would all be illegal evidence like the nsa -which is why Washington subcontracts even the military-thats no ones fault but washingtons which would make the national guard americas army maybe it's time to resurrect the Sons of Liberty and the Sons of Salem i mean that would mean someone knew it was illegal-there fore any of there bills passed would only affect that territory -really the gov as we know it has only that small region of juristication territory is a territory-the law is the law!

Is Morgan drunk or disabled? Sounds like a case of being one of the most daffy itself.

Morgan, I have no idea what you are saying...

I wish the security cams could be replaced with better ones. That photo of "Jeff" is not going to help whatsoever because it was taken with like a .00005 pixel surveillance camera from the 1970s. Every time there is a crime and a surveillance cam photo it's so diffused that it does no good. If the MBTA had a modern cam, Jeff would be face recognitioned and busted within 2 hours of attacking this poor girl.
