Home Becomes First Multi-Family Sold in Months

A multi-family at 15 Kathryn Ln., Holliston, sold for $363,750 on Jan. 31 after 90 days on the market. It was the first multi-family to sell in either Holliston or Hopkinton since September, according to NEMoves.com.

The property was listed by Heather Spence of RE/MAX Best Choice.

On Sept. 24, 2012, a two-family sold at 10-12 Hayden Rowe St. in Hopkinton, near Town Common. It went for $492,000 after 63 days on the market. The house had been listed by Kathleen Williamson of Century 21 Commonwealth.
