Cournoyer Hired as Hopkinton High Principal

He will make his move from Holliston to Hopkinton on July 1.

Hopkinton Interim Superintendent, Dr. Steven Hiersche, is pleased to announce that he has appointed Michael Cournoyer as Hopkinton High School’s next principal.

Cournoyer holds a Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership from Worcester State College, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education from the University of Lowell.  He is currently the Principal for Holliston High School. He previously served as Assistant Principal of Hopkinton High School, and began his career in education as a high school health teacher at Southbridge High School.

Mr. Cournoyer will assume his new role on July 1, 2013.

Loss for Holliston. Let's hope they don't recruit any of the clowns from the middle school to replace him
