Taight by Sat Avtar Kaur a yogini, reiki master energy healer, musician, and artist. She is a writer for Yogamint and Children of the New Earth magazine. She has practiced Kundalini Yoga for twelve years, and has worked and served as a sevadar, a ‘selfless servant’, in Los Angeles at Golden Bridge Yoga and Yoga West, the first Kundalini Yoga studio in the world. She has training in the Learning From The Heart program, a healing program for families with learning disabled children.
