Family Yoga

Jewish Family Network and Absolute Yoga invite you to Family Yoga!

Join us for a fun class for tots, pre-school age children and thier parent or caregiver.  Ages Walking - five.

Through poses, songs and activities, parents and young children can develop a deeper bond. Family Yoga will incorporate a variety of music, themes, movement, games, and opportunities for creative expression. Children and parents learn to practice at their own pace as they learn to honor themselves and others in non-competitive ways. Families with or without yoga experience can gain healthy activities, and supportive friendships. Come experience yoga alongside your child.
