I’m excited to announce we are adding two new Vinyasa Flow classes taught by Melanie Harrington.
Melanie started practicing yoga 8 years ago at the Prana Center when she was pregnant with her oldest daughter. Now she's a mother of four and practices daily, both on and off the mat. Melanie says her practice has helped her to "put things down, let things go, live in the moment and most importantly to breathe!"
Melanie received her certification at Back Bay Yoga in Boston. She is also a ChildLight Yoga instructor, a massage therapist, and an occupational therapist.
The classes will be held Wednesdays at 6 a.m. starting June 6 and Thursdays at 9:15 a.m. starting July 12.
Melanie’s class will focus on alignment and yoga flow, such as Sun Salutations. All levels are welcome; however, this class is not recommended if you are pregnant or have osteoporosis.
