My kids & I were VERY excited to see a frozen yogurt place in our town after experiencing our first self serve on a recent vacation. The place was clean, the flavors were good, the topping were fun and it was yummy and refreshing. My only complaint was the customer service, on 2 separate occasions. Once I observed this poor woman and her kids, obviously not sure what to do being ignored by a staff member while she was chatting - I ended up helping her myself. The really upsetting experience was when a staff member jumped all over my 5 year old while he was approaching the toppings as if the was going to maul the entire set up. Thankfully he defended himself to say he was 'just going to look' but let me tell you, that is NOT what a mother wants to see when she is taking her kids out for an expensive, albeit healthier, sweet treat. I will give them another shot but you should always be aware of who your client base is and what will keep them in or out of your shop.

The description of Berry Bon Bon is incorrect. There are 10 flavors of frozen yogurt and about 29 topping options, from fresh fruit to candy, granola, and sauces like liquid peanut butter (yum!).
The cleanliness there surprised me, because it is self-serve and a popular hang-out spot for young students. The flavors are good, and they rotate! It's a very fun atmosphere.
I have always received friendly and courteous service from the staff members. They are great about attending to allergies and dietary needs, and don't hesitate to go through ingredients with a customer who requests that information (like me!).
The cost is 49 cents an ounce. The cup size is big, so you can get a small serving or a large one. If you bring your kids here, make sure to watch them, their eyes are bigger than their stomachs!
In response to the mom who was upset by a "staff member jumping all over her five year old", it may have been a misjudgment or over-reaction by the staff member, but please don't let that tarnish your view of the whole place. I've often seen children running around unattended, spilling yogurt across the floor, or candy pieces over other toppings. It's the staff member's job to clean up the messes kid's make, and while I'm sure they are happy to attend to any accidents, I'd guess that they are understandably wary if they don't see any parents around. There is no excuse for a staff member ignoring a customer, of course, but this is not something I have witnessed myself.
