Located at 150 Goulding Street, the Holliston Senior Center provides a wealth of activities and assistance for Holliston residents age 60 and older. HSC offers van service to medical appointments Monday through Friday in addition to fuel assistance for volunteers, notary public services and health and wellness informational meetings and seminars. There are also plenty of activities for seniors, including yoga, exercise, computer and quilting classes, pool tournaments, Movie Night, Writer's Club and day and overnight trips. I've had the priviledge of teaching Yoga twice a week at the Senior Center for the past 5 years. The Center's Director, Lina Arena-DeRosa, is a dynamo, bringing in grants to support our program and many others.
