The Holliston Public Schools office is located at the high school and serves as the central office for the five schoolsMore in the Holliston school system. Fred W. Miller and Sam Placentino are the elementary schools, Robert H. Adams is the middle school and Holliston High is the high school. HPS employs 215 teachers to serve 2,864 students. The HPS office also houses the offices of Superintendent Bradford Jackson, Assistant Superintendent Timothy Cornley, Keith Buday and student services Director  Sandra Einsel.

Since 1985, Holliston Cable Access Television (HCAT) has provided free television to local residents. Based out ofMore Holliston High School, HCAT broadcasts high school sporting events and the town's Selectmen's, Finance Committee, Town Council and School Committee meetings live. A nonprofit 501 (3) c organization, HCAT is run by an all-volunteer staff under President Jenny McGee. It provides free training to Holliston residents who want to learn how to use the equipment and work at the station.
First Baptist Church of Holliston

Led by Senior Pastor Scott Foster, the First Baptist Church of Holliston is a small congregation that also houses theMore Holliston Christian Nursery School. First Baptist offers outreach programs and various missions, in addition to programs for men, women and youths (Junior High, Student Impact); music (Senior Choir, Praise Team) and discipleship ministries. Women's Bible studies are held on Fridays and Sundays, and Worship Gatherings on Wednesdays and Sundays. Senior Choir rehearsals are on Thursdays. On Sundays, First Baptist also holds Worship Team rehearsals and Student Impact meetings. Alma Baker is the Director of the Holliston Christian Preschool; Louise Grimes is the Choir Director; and Anita Durette is the Worship Leader.
