Man Seriously Injured in I-495 Rollover
A 49-year-old man was seriously injured Monday night in a rollover crash on Interstate 495.
A 49-year-old motorist traveling through Hopkinton on Interstate 495 was seriously injured Monday night after his sedan flipped over several times and crashed into the woods. The man, who was not identified Monday, was taken by ambulance to UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester for treatment of injuries that State Police Trooper Matthew Conway described as "serious." The crash was reported shortly before 6 p.m., just north of Exit 21. The northbound 2005 Grand Marquis sedan veered off the roadway, Conway said, striking the right guardrail and then jumping it.
