Hopkinton Pet of the Week

Hawk is a Beautiful Boy

If you're looking to adopt a dog, check out Hawk at the Greyhound Friends.

Contributed by Greyhound Friends Inc. Hawk is a fine fellow who is a little shy and reserved. It takes him a little while to warm up to you, but once he does, you're able to experience his kind, warm personality. This beautiful boy is quite calm and mellow and would do best with the same type of family. Hawk hopes to find his forever home very soon. Hawk would do fine as an only dog or would be okay with another mellow, easy-going dog.  Stop by Greyhound Friends, Inc. between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. any day of the week to meet Hawk or any other dogs at 167 Saddle Hill Rd, Hopkinton.

Hopkinton Pet of the Week

Here's the pet of the week: Atticus!

When we heard this little fellow's name we could not resist profiling him as the pet of the week.

Submitted by Baypath Humane Society Atticus was unfortunately brought to our shelter due to financial reasons. He absolutely loves people and enjoys the attention. Atticus loves to be picked up, brushed, and petted. He is used to living with other cats but he would rather have the attention from people and would do better in a home with no other cats or one cat friendly cat. Atticus is used to a quiet household and would do better in a home with no young children. Please come and meet this sweet boy today.  Baypath Humane Society is open seven days from 11:30a.m. to 4:30p.m.

Hopkinton Pet of the Week

Calamity Could Be Your New Dog

If you're looking to adopt a playful greyhound, Calamity is the girl for you.

Submitted by Greyhound Friends Inc. Calamity is a sweet girl and very spunky! She's playful and outgoing and does enjoy being with people. She will need a special home as she suffers from seizures. She is on medication to control the seizures and this has proven to be very effective for her. She has not had a seizure recently. Her new owners just need to be aware of her history & make sure she gets her medicine to keep her safe. She's good with children as well as other dogs. Check out this cutie. She's adorable!

Hopkinton Pet of the Week

Hopkinton Pet of the Week for April 22

Isn't Nacho the sweetest-looking guy? He could use a quiet home to come out of his shell - and a hug.

This is Nacho. He was a stray cat a volunteer found living near an apartment complex. Nacho is timid, but sweet. Take a look! He needs a quiet home in which people can be patient with him while he comes out of his shell. Please visit him soon! If Nacho isn't the right cat for your household, Baypath Humane Shelter on Rafferty Road in Hopkinton is open 11:30 to 4:30 this weekend and every day. Baypath has lots of dogs and cats who need homes. Some live in foster care while awaiting adoption. Take a look at Baypath Humane Scoiety
