Readers Show Support for Favorite Entertainment Venues

MetroWest-area readers came out in full force to vote for concert, entertainment and music venues in our latest poll.

In our most recent "Best of Patch: Readers' Choice poll, we asked readers and editors from 11 MetroWest-area Patch communities to submit one business or destination from their town or city to be included in a poll for "the best entertainment spot." We divided the choices into two polls: one focused on the Framingham area; the other included Northborough and a handful of nearby towns. Two businesses emerged as the winners of the respective polls: Amazing Things Art Center in Framingham The Celtic Tavern in Northborough It is important to note, though, that the other contestants in the polls received a lot of support, too. Readers made it clear that there are plenty of great options for entertainment in MetroWest! Where's your favorite place…

One of my favorite staycation activities is borrowing a canoe from my neighbor and putting in above the Charles River spillway in South Natick. Right now there is a canoe tucked away in your neighborhood, just waiting for you to ask to borrow it. It's a great way to see Metrowest at a pace of a floating duck!   more ›

Bridge St. Bistro was among the choices and got several votes. And Red Rock Grill is a great place, agreed. I have joked that if I can get a group of residents to help me move the Entering Grafton sign a few feet, we could claim it! :)   more ›
