Rainy Sunday may change a lot of plans but Firefighters Memorial ceremonies will go on.
1.The Hopkinton Fire Department will hold ceremonies this morning honoring deceased firefighters for Firefighters' Memorial Sunday, which is the second Sunday in June every year. Hopkinton Firefighters will meet at the Fire Station, 73 Main St., at 9:45 and march to the Firefighters Memorial at Mount Auburn Cemetery on Mayhew Street. The names of deceased firefighters will be read. Firefighters will then return to Fire Headquarters for concluding ceremonies. 2.
