An officer responded and observed that it was actually a flickering streetlight. 7:27 a.m.: Officers responded to a two-car crash on Woodland Street. No injuries were reported. 7:47 a.m.: An officer responded to a car vs. school bus crash on Sky View Terrace. No injuries were reported. The children were transferred to another bus and transported to school. 9:02 a.m.: A car crashed into a fire hydrant on Ashland Street.
