New CrossFit Gym Gives Supportive Workout Atmosphere

A Holliston couple has opened the gym and running shop on Route 16 in Milford.

CrossFit, the workout trend that is sweeping the nation, is coming to Milford thanks to Lisa and Thomas Mikkelsen of Holliston. The couple opened their workout gym, CrossFit Never Doubt, and running store, Run Fit, at 231 E. Main St. last month and they say their growth has already exceeded expectations. "We've only been open for a few weeks and we already have more than 20 members," Thomas Mikkelsen said. "That's three times the amount we expected to have by now." The Mikkelsen's are runners at heart, they've both ran in the Boston Marathon, but they took to CrossFit several years ago as a way to supplement their running workouts with more full body exercise.
