Man Arrested After Car Trouble at Nick's

Monday, March 25 10:00 a.m.: A caller from Nick’s Central Garage reported a problem with a person picking up their vehicle. Officers responded and arrested Faghyner Dasilva, 32, of 1104 Washington St., Norwood on warrant charges. 7:42 p.m.: Two callers reported a dark sedan crossing the centerlines on Washington Street downtown. An officer responded and located the vehicle in the registered owners driveway. The owner was spoken to. 10:19 p.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle at Holliston High School and gave the driver a verbal warning for texting while driving. Tuesday, March 26 9:41 a.m.: A caller reported a disabled trash truck leaking hydraulic fluid on High Street. The Highway Department was called to handle the spill. 10:11 a.m.: An …

Police Investigating Travis Road Break-In, Larceny

Tuesday, March 19 6:39 a.m.: Officers from the Holliston Police Department responded to a two-car crash at the intersection of Washington Street and High Street. No injuries were reported. 6:30 p.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Washington Street and arrested Fabio Batista, 19, of 318 South Main St., Hopedale and charged him with operating with a suspended license. 6:52 p.m.: A caller from Central Street reported that a deer was stuck inside a fenced area. Several minutes later the caller reported that the deer had escaped. 6:45 p.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on South Street. Police are seeking a summons for the driver. Juvenile Arrested After Allegedly Attacking Mom

Friday, March 15 5:17 p.m.: An officer responded to a crash on Washington Street. The crash was very minor and no injuries were reported. 9:36 p.m.: An officer checked a report of a green Jeep traveling at a high rate of speed and passing vehicles on Washington Street. The officer was unable to find the vehicle in question. 11:30 p.m.: An officer spoke with the operator of a vehicle that was reportedly all over the road. Saturday, March 16 7:24 a.m.: An officer investigated a motor vehicle crash on Norfolk Street. Three people were hospitalized as a result of the crash. Police are seeking a summons to charge one of the drivers involved with a marked lanes violation. 9:57 a.m.: The Holliston Fire Department responded to a report of a house …

Monday, March 11 11:43 a.m.: A Caller reported a domestic incident on Katherine Lane. Officers responded and arrested Antonio Brandao, 25, of 30, of 30 Katherine Ln. after he had left the residence. Brandao was charged with operating with a revoked license. 12:27 p.m.: An officer spoke with a 4-year-old and their parents after the child dialed 911. 6:00 p.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Hollis Street. The Holliston Police Department is seeking a summons to charge the driver with operating without an inspection sticker and possession of a class E substance. Wednesday, March 6 7:03 a.m.: A caller reported a skunk wandering around the area of Exchange Street and Railroad Street. The caller said they were concerned because there were schoolchildren in the area. 6:22 p.m.: A caller from Turner Road reported that a group of mailbox covers had been torn off in the area. Thursday, March 7 5:30 a.m.: A janitor in the Adams Middle School accidently activated an alarm. 4:35 p.m.: Officers from the Holliston Police Department responded to a crash on Washington Street near Brook Street. No one in either vehicle needed medical attention. Friday, March 8 2:59 a.m.: A plow truck driver reported a vehicle off the road on Concord Street. Thursday, Feb. 28 8:51 a.m.: An officer assisted the Holliston Fire Department after a caller from Adams Street reported the smell of smoke in their house. 4:52 p.m.: Two callers reported that the operator of a red sedan was operating aggressively. And exchanged words with a tractor trailer driver after a road rage incident. Officers located the vehicle and arrested Cleonice Deoliveira, 40, of 16 Depot St., Milford. Deoliveira was charged with assault and battery, assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest. Smith Inc. on Whitney Street. The caller reported that scrap metal had been stolen from the business. 9:03 a.m.: A caller from Coan Corp. on Lowland Street reported that scrap metal had been stolen overnight. 1:27 p.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle near the Adams Middle School for speeding during in violation of school zone regulations. Thursday, Feb. 14 7:05 a.m.: An officer conducted RADAR speed enforcement at Adams Middle School after a bus driver complained of unsafe driving. 10:09 a.m.: An officer issued a parking ticket to a vehicle parked on the sidewalk at the Chesmore Funeral Home. While issuing the ticket several people reported that this was an on-going issue with the same vehicle. 8:12 p.m.: An officer performed a well being check on the clerk at Country Farms after a customer said the clerk may need medical attention. 8:35 p.m.: An officer responded to a three-car crash on Washington Street at Village Auto Sales. Wednesday, Jan. 30 12:47 a.m.: A caller reported a motor vehicle repeatedly beeping their horn on Cedar Street. The beeper was gone when an officer arrived. 1:13 a.m.: While checking the Brayhill Country Store an officer noticed tire tracks in the snow but no footprints. 1:50 a.m.: An officer reported a vehicle that was parked on Green Street in violation of the winter parking ban for the second day in a row. The owner was notified later in the day that if it was not moved it would be towed. 6:59 a.m.: A caller reported that her husband had struck a deer on Jerrold Street. 10:51 a.m.: A caller from Winter Street reported that they were trapped by a stray dog. 3:38 p.m.: Police began an investigation into a juvenile incident at Holliston …
