Police Investigate Suspicious People, Break-In

The following information was provided by the Holliston Police Department. All arrests are reported. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Thursday, May 16 12:13 p.m.: A caller reported a road rage incident on Washington Street. After a police investigation it was determined that there had actually been a crash. 5:52 p.m.: A caller from Middlesex Bank reported a suspicious vehicle with two males in the parking lot. An officer responded and spoke with the men. They were contractors working in the area and waiting for their boss. 9:16 p.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Washington Street. Police are seeking a summons to charge the driver with operating without a license and a miscelanious driving violation. 9:31 p.m.: A caller from Dalton Road reported concern with a group of people who had been drinking near his property and leaving empty alcohol containers. Larceny at Ahronian Landscape, Aggressive Dog on Rail Trail

Tuesday, May 14 2:59 a.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Franklin Street and arrested Timothy Commerford, 17, of 18 Mechanic St. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. 9:16 a.m.: An officer investigated a report of larceny from  Ahronian Landscaping. 2:45 p.m.: An officer responded to a two-car crash at the intersection of Concord and Ashland Street. Police are seeking a summons to charge one of the drivers with unlicesned operation and allowing an unlicensed operator to drive. 5:26 p.m.: The Animal Control Officer was notified that an unleashed dog was following and harassing a group of walkers. 8:32 p.m.: A caller reported a suspicious vehicle at Placentino Elementary School . Fraudulent Caller Targets Pejamajo Cafe

The following information was provided by the Holliston Police Department. All arrests are reported. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Friday, May 10 8:11 a.m.: An officer responded to Holliston High School where a student was taken into custody for a juvenile offense. 12:42 p.m.: An officer advised staff at the Timothy Daniels House about a parking complaint. 4:34 p.m.: An employee at Pejamajo Café reported a phone call from a man with an accent demanding $1,000 for overdue electric bill payments. The employee advised the caller that the business was current with payments and called NStar who confirmed the call was fraud. 4:41 p.m.: Officers responded to a report of a car that had crashed into a stone wall on Pleasant Street. None of the three passengers were injured but police are seeking a summons to charge the driver with unlicensed operation. 7:14 p.m.: The Holliston…

Teenager Arrested for Drug Violation at High School

Wednesday, May 8 11:20 a.m.: Officers responded to a minor car crash in the Holliston High School parking lot. 1:11 p.m.: A 911 caller from Hill Street reported loud yelling and screaming nearby. Officers responded to investigate the disturbance. 3:28 p.m.: The School Resource Officer arrested a 16-year-old at the high school on charges of possession to distribute marijuana and drug violation on school property. 5:37 p.m.: A caller from Kathryn Lane reported a noise complaint. Joseph Pendergast, 28, of 20 Kathryn Ln., Apt. 2 was arrested on warrant charges. Monday, May 6 6:16 a.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Washington Street near the Holliston Public Library and arrested Manuel R. Tacuri, 50, of 50 Pearl St., Apt. 2, Milford. Tacuri faces charges of operation with a suspended license, operating without an inspection sticker and failure to notify the RMV of an address change. 1:40 p.m.: A caller from Highland Street reported that 25 political signs had been stolen. 3:33 p.m.: The School Resource Officer took a report of a narcotics violation at Holliston High School. 4:10 p.m.: A caller from Fiske Street reported a break-in at their house. 10:47 p.m.: An officer responded to a report of suspicious activity at Village Plaza. Holliston 911 Calls Include OUI Arrests, Harassment-by-Singing

Thursday, May 2 9:07 a.m.: Police followed up on a harassment investigation on Beverly Circle, and advised a person about possible court action. 11:31 a.m.: The person who had been advised earlier in the morning called police to report the defendant was refusing to move from the road on Beverly Circle and was blocking her. 2:51 p.m.: The alleged victim in the aforementioned harassment case said the defendant was blowing the horn on Beverly Circle and singing "God Bless America." Police logged the complaint. 5:43 p.m.: A caller from Gorwin Drive was concerned a person running a pet grooming vehicle had been parked in front of her house since noon. Tuesday, April 30 12:53 a.m.: Police did a house check on Timber Ledge Drive. 1:09 a.m.: Police did a house check on Maple Street. 7:22 a.m.: Police responded to a motor vehicle crash on Mitchell Road. 10:02 a.m.: Police received a complaint of an ATV in the road on Norfolk Street. The ATV was not located. 11:50 a.m.: Breaking and entering was reported at 98 Cedar Street. Friday, April 26 5:01 a.m.: Officers assisted the Sherborn Police Department after a series of motor vehicle break-ins in their town. 7:22 a.m.: A person went in to the Holliston Police Department to turn in a wallet he found in the center of town. 8:06 a.m. Officers arrested Clifford T. Martell, 40, of 27 Winthrop St., on charges of witness intimidation and three counts of assault and battery stemming from a domestic incident on Thursday. 9:50 a.m.: Police are seeking a summons to charge a motor vehicle driver with operating with a suspended license. The passenger in the vehicle drove the vehicle home after the stop. 12:56 p.m.: An officer spoke to a person who was fishing near Chestnut Street after a caller reported a suspicious vehicle …

Wednesday, April 24 11:21 p.m.: An officer ensured pedestrian safety at the crosswalks downtown. No motor vehicle violations were observed although several pedestrians were observed jaywalking. 11:45 a.m.: Officers assisted with an inured hawk on Highland Street. 5:52 p.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Concord Street. Deibimar Pereira, 27, of 218 Beaver St., Apt. 14, Framingham was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license. Milford Man Charged With Driving on Drugs After Crash

The following information was supplied by the Holliston Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, April 22 5:43 p.m.: Officers arrested John V. Hayes, 38, of 481 East Main St., Milford after a two-car crash on Washington Street. Hayes was charged with OUI drugs, operating to endanger and marked lanes violation. 6:22 p.m.: A caller reported that a homeowner on High Street charged at him while his dog was relieving himself on a fire hydrant. Tuesday, April 23 1:55 a.m.: One car was towed after the driver crashed in to a utility pole on Washington Street. 9:51 p.m.: A resident went in to the Holliston Police Department to report that they had hit and killed a deer on Prentice Street. There was no damage to the vehicle.
