Quattro Opens at Hopkinton Square

The newest addition to the Zio's family opened last week.

Quattro, the fourth restaurant in the Zio's family and second in Hopkinton, opened at Hopkinton Square last week. The restaurant has been in the works since development on the plaza began more than a year ago. Opening at 4 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday, Quattro is a sit down restaurant serving primarily Italian food.  The restaurant doesn't have a set closing hour, servers say they will close depending on when the last patrons leave for the night. Bison Burger, a low key burger joint with the same owner, is located next door and will be opening soon.
