Looking to try something new? Head down to Bison Burger at Hopkinton Square for something you've never seen in Hopkinton or Holliston Before. Bison Burger opened in February, and since then readers have been asking where they can find a menu for the restaurant. Have you noticed a new restaurant while driving around the MetroWest area recently? We know you don't just stay in town when you want to eat out so here is a round-up of restaurant news around the area. Milford Selectmen Roll Back Hours at Scioli's, and impose temporary alcohol license suspension. Milford Selectmen ordered a six-month rollback on alcohol serving hours for Scioli's Pizza Bar. The rollback on serving hours, to 11 p.m. daily, follows a court decision that affirmed the town's decision to curtail alcohol sales at the bar and restaurant. Selectmen voted to approve the hours rollback after a hearing in which police and customers described a fight in the parking lot that seriously injured two customers. In a related action, …

The town's newest restaurant opened over the weekend.
Bison Burger, one of the last retail spaces at Hopkinton Square to be filled has opened for diners to enjoy some unique offerings. The restaurant shares a kitchen with neighboring Quattro, and is a more relaxed family dining establishment. Initially the business's hours will be Tuesday-Sunday, 4 p.m. to close. The business will stay open until the last patrons leave. The restaurant opened for the first time on Friday, Feb. 22.

I enjoyed the bison burger and the fries. The cook forgot the mushrooms and cheese and gave me med rare rather than medium, but it was very tasty. Forget the nachos and onion rings, nothing special.   more ›
