Hopkinton Farmers Market-Final Weeks!

HOPKINTON- The Hopkinton Farmers
Market has flourished on its new day and location this year. (Sundays 1-5pm on
The Town Common). Don’t miss the market’s final three weeks; it runs until
Sunday, October 20th.

Look for a few new surprises this month.  On October 6th, the
market will hold a raffle and visitors will have a chance to win a $75 bushel
basket full of food and artisan items.  The Metro West Jazz Project
will perform at the market on October 13 and local musician
Amanda Maffei will perform on October
20th.

 Our
regular vegetable and fruit farms-Heirloom
Harvest, Kelly’s Farm, The Pumpkin Farm, and Long Life Farm
- will be at the
market for the remaining three weeks, along with Shady Pine Farm (grass-fed beef, pork, lamb and free range eggs), Little Beehive Farm, Fior d’Italia Pasta and
Narragansett Creamery.

P.Y. LE Sweets will return for the
remaining three weeks.  Five Loaves Bakery will return on 10/13
and 10/20 and Zoll Cellars will make
their final appearance on 10/13. Tortured
Orchard
will be back on 10/20.

 Many
of our regulars will be on hand for the next three weeks, including Angel Hair Alpacas and Uxbridge First Night. The
following groups will be in the children’s tent this month: Let’s
Sing Dance Act (10/13) and Hopkinton Girl Scouts (10/20).  Our community tent will include Relay for Life (10/13) and Hopkinton Public Library
Foundation (10/20).

The
following artisans will be at the market on select dates in October: Cave
Studio Arts (10/6), and Botanical Beauties and Beasties (10/13).  Elsie Kaye Glassworks and Sheldonville
Soapworks will return for all three weeks in October.  Next Step Living will be there on 10/13 and
10/20 and the 300th Anniversary Committee will attend for the last
time on 10/6.
